Chikinki- Brace Brace. Segundo álbum el 17 de marzo

Vuelve la banda inglesa de electro-pop de Bristol,Chikinki con nuevo ábum, despúes de su exitoso debut con "Lick Your Ticket".

El próximo 17 de marzo publicará su segunda entrega "Brace Brace" con Urban Cow label.

Han colaborado con Bruno Ellingham que ha producido y mezclado los 15 temas del álbum.

Además según apunta el vocalista, Rupert Browne, ha habido un ligero cambio de dirección en este álbum:

"It's a much more classic sounding record. With the last album we were trying to do something that was forward-thinking and had never been done before."


"This time round we took our inspiration from the classic songwriters - Bacharach, The Kinks, Brian Wilson. We listened to a lot of Motown and three minute pop songs."

"People have always tried to squeeze us into whatever dance scene is fashionable at the time but we just won't fit. We're not a dance crossover band, we're a guitar band with synths experimenting in the realms of rock music."
