"Pork and Beans" será su primer single.

"First single. Confirmed as being "Pork And Beans". Could this change? Maybe a tiny chance of that. But it is definitely a song on the album."

Pero también dice:

"It is unrelated to the demo song "Pig" that made it onto the internet in '06). As for the release date of this single, this information is TBD, likewise the potential (if any) for "physical" single format(s)."

The Pigeon Detectives - This Is An Emergency.

"Emergency could describe the last 12 months. It's been fairly frantic, everything's been going at breakneck speed between gigs and touring and festivals. I think we've definitely written a record rather than a number of songs to play live."

Guillemots - Get Over It.

"We didn’t want to make Through The Windowpane 2. That was a softer record."

"This time around we just wanted to make a bunch of pop songs that punched, instantly",

"to make pop songs that demand your attention, that make you stop in your tracks when they come on the radio, that's our ultimate ambition."

El 17 sale el single. Y por fin tenemos el video del single "Get Over It":

El primer single de su segundo álbum será "Always Where I Need To Be"

Video de un directo:

Letra:

"Say whatever you want
Oh, I could never judge you
Be whoever comes into your head
Oh, you know I’ll take you there
You know I’ll take you there

‘Cause I’m always where I need to be
And I always though I would end up
with you, eventually
Do dodo do do do do
Etc

Say whatever you want
Oh, I could never judge you
Say whatever comes into your head
Oh, oh you know I just don’t care
You know I just don’t care

‘Cause I’m always where I need to be
Yeah, and I always thought I would end up
with you, eventually
Do dodo do do do do
etc

I want mine…
I want mine on the sea
Oh let me be, let me be
I want mine on the sea
Let me be, let me be

‘Cause I’m always where I,
where I need to be
I-I-I always, always thought…
I would end up with you eventually!

Always where I need to be"
