¿Sacará Arctic Monkeys su tercer álbum este año? El tracklist de The Last Shahow Puppets- The Age of the Understatement y las caras b del single.

Según el periódico “Daily Star” Artic Monkeys podría sacar nuevo álbum, el tercero, este año.

La fuente del periódico dice:

"A lot of people were surprised to see Arctics at the Brits as it's usually the kind of event they steer clear of. The reason they went is because they've been down in London working on new material and fancied a night off to relax. Alex is overflowing with song ideas and it's all going so well they're looking at releasing an album this year."

Si la fuente es fiable, significará que han editado 3 álbumes, en tres años, el último fue el año pasado “Favourite Worst Nightmare”.



Antes de que el tercer álbum se termine, el 21 de abril saldrá a la venta lo nuevo de Alex Turner y Miles Kane de “The Rascals” será su debut álbum como The Last Shadow Puppets. El álbum fue grabada en durante el verano del 2007 y en los estudios Black Box cerca de Nantes, Francia.

El debut single "The Age of the Understatement" saldrá el 15 de abril por Domino records. El single incluirá tres nuevas canciones. Contará como cara b una versión de un tema de David Bowie "In The Heat Of The Morning", "Wondrous Place” de Billy Fury y la canción "Two Hearts In Two Weeks"
